Suspect In Mastic Hit-Run Crash At Large

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct Crime Section officers are on the lookout for a man allegedly involved in a hit-and-run crash in Mastic.

Police say the man, pictured above, was driving a silver 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse without any plates when he struck a 2012 Toyota 4-Runner on Montauk Highway near Sterling Place on Friday, June 7 around 6:52 p.m.

The driver of the Mitsubishi fled the scene, heading eastbound on Montauk Highway, according to police. No injuries have been reported.
